What is the Pakistan eVisa?

The Pakistan eVisa is an official electronic travel authorization issued by the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) and the Government of Pakistan. It allows eligible citizens to visit Pakistan for tourism, business, and family reunification without visiting a Pakistani embassy. The eVisa is linked electronically to your passport and accepted at all major international airports and land borders.

Important: The Pakistan eVisa does NOT guarantee entry into Pakistan. Final admission is determined by Pakistani immigration officers at the port of entry.

Pakistan is home to some of the world's highest mountain peaks including K2 and Nanga Parbat. Trekking permits are required for certain routes — arrange these separately before or after arriving in Pakistan.

Dress conservatively in public places and religious sites. Both men and women are expected to dress modestly, especially outside major urban centers.

Some areas of Pakistan require additional travel permits (e.g., tribal areas, restricted border zones). Check with Pakistan Tourism before planning travel to remote regions.
