Time Limit for Claims

Any claim related to the Service must be initiated within 3 months from the date the issue arose.

Failure to do so will permanently waive your right to bring such a claim.

Once an order is submitted: • Processing begins immediately • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has started

This is essential due to the rapid nature of digital application handling.

Refund Policy — General Principle

By purchasing our Service, you acknowledge that you are paying for a digital assistance service, not for a government-issued visa or guarantee of approval.

Our service is considered rendered as soon as processing begins, which includes but is not limited to: • Data review • Application preparation • Translation • Submission or transmission of information

Non-Refundable Services

No refund will be issued in the following cases: • The application has been processed, reviewed, or submitted • The customer changes their mind after submission • A visa or travel authorization is denied by a government authority • Incorrect or incomplete information was provided by the customer • The customer failed to attend an appointment or provide required documents • Processing has already started, even if not completed

Government Fees

Government fees (if applicable): • Are separate from our service fees • Are non-refundable under all circumstances

Limited Refund Eligibility

A refund may only be considered if: • The request is made before any processing has started, AND • No work has been performed on the application

In such cases, an administrative fee may apply.

Duplicate or Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe a transaction was made in error or without authorization, you must contact us immediately.

We will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a resolution.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Before initiating a chargeback, you agree to contact our support team to resolve the issue.

You acknowledge that: • Filing a chargeback for a service that has already been delivered constitutes a violation of these Terms • We reserve the right to submit evidence of service fulfillment, including: application records, IP address logs, signed acknowledgments, and delivered documents

We also reserve the right to: • Contest all unjustified chargebacks • Restrict future access to our Service

Customer Responsibility Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase, you confirm that: • You understand we are a private third-party service provider • You understand that approval is not guaranteed • You accept that service fees are earned upon initiation of processing

Refund Discretion

In rare cases, we may choose to issue a refund as a gesture of goodwill.
