C-1: Transit
For foreign nationals in immediate and continuous transit through the United States en route to a foreign destination
C-2: Transit to United Nations Headquarters
For individuals traveling to the United Nations Headquarters District under Section 11(3), (4), or (5) of the Headquarters Agreement
C-3: Government Officials in Transit
For foreign government officials, immediate family members, attendants, servants, and personal employees in immediate and continuous transit
Requirements
- Valid passport
- Proof of onward travel (ticket to final destination)
- Valid visa for final destination (if required)
- Completed DS-160 form
